*** Description of the Rooms ***

The honey- coloured main building with verdant aisles features a total of 124 rooms: 57 elegantly furnished Standard Deluxe Guestrooms, with either sea view, side sea view, or garden view, 64 spacious Junior Suites and 3 Estate suites with separate living room. By the gardens, the Garden Wing hosts 87 Garden Wing Superior rooms. Please note that all accommodation types include:
- A double bed (Twin beds or single separated beds are not available).
All room types that accommodate a 3rd or a 4th person are sofas that are transformed to beds.

DELUXE GUESTROOMS: Accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child. Available in 3 types: Sea view, Side sea view or Pool / gardens view.
Features & Amenities: Balcony, air conditioning (April-October), sofa, satellite LCD TV with music channel, electronic safe deposit box (Free), hairdryer, direct telephone, fridge. Daily maid service - daily linen change - daily towels change upon guests' request.

PAID Options: Late check out rooms up to 18:00 upon availability.


JUNIOR SUITES: Spacious and elegantly furnished one-room suites accommodating up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years - sharing the same sofa bed).  Available in 2 types: Sea view, or Pool / gardens view. 
Features & Amenities: As per the deluxe guestrooms plus Jacuzzi.

ESTATE SUITES: Spacious and elegantly furnished 2-room suites (master bedroom and living room, separated by door), accommodating up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Available with sea view. 
Features & Amenities: As per the deluxe guestrooms plus Jacuzzi living room with two sofas that are transformed to beds.

GARDEN WING SUPERIOR ROOMS: Accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child. Available with garden view.
Features & Amenities: As per the standard room deluxe guestrooms, including bathtub.

Located in a separate exclusive area, the recently constructed, Ixian Grand Suites are considered the top suites on the island of Rhodes, and are ideal for those that seek discrete luxury, privacy, and exceptional level of service.

BEACH-FRONT GRAND SUITES: One bedroom suites (with sea view) with their own pools, accommodating up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. Available on either ground or 1st floor: Ground floor suites have their own sharing pool. 1st floor suites have a private pool. There are 16 Beach-front Grand Suites available: 8 on the ground floor and 8 on the 1st floor.
Features & Amenities: Spacious and luxuriously appointed with minimal style furniture, balcony or terrace, air conditioning (April-October), two sofas, satellite LCD TV with music channel, CD/DVD player, electronic safe deposit box, hairdryer, direct telephone, fridge, Jacuzzi, personal care amenities, sun beds reserved especially for each individual suite on the private wooden pool deck. GRAND MAISONETTES: Two level suites (pool view) with their own pools, accommodating up to 4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. First level consists of living room and WC with shower. Second level consists of the bedroom and the bathroom with Jacuzzi. There are 34 Grand Maisonettes available: 15 on the ground and 19 on the 1st floor: Ground floor maisonettes have their own sharing pool. 1st floor maisonettes have a private pool.
Features & Amenities: As per the Beach-front Grand Suites, but with one corner sofa (instead of two separate sofas). Please see at the bottom of this section for additional privileges and services.


GRAND SUITES: Elegantly furnished one bedroom suites with living area (with pool view), accommodating up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child. There are 19 Grand Suites available, all on the ground floor. All Grand Suites have their own sharing pool.
