2-Michelin Star Restaurant

Chef Pierre Gagnaire runs the cuisines of the Restaurant de La Grande Maison by Bernard Magrez, proposing a genuine and sincere cuisine that he reveals thanks to his chef Jean-Denis Le Bras, his faithful lieutenant for more than 11 years. Together they propose an elaborated menu from the best products of the region and install gently in the Bordeaux landscape this gourmet restaurant without equal. "Each place is unique, and the table must reflect a city, a regional culture and, in the case of La Grande Maison, a vineyard," confides Pierre Gagnaire. "Here, there are inspiring words. Everywhere one says of very beautiful things about Bordeaux. For me as much as for Jean-Denis Le Bras, who will drive the restaurant daily, this region will be a great playground.”
