In front of the hotel, at a distance of 80 meters, there is a beautiful beach of fine white sand which is reserved for hotel guests. One of the hotel’s biggest attractions is its spacious and magnificent fine white sandy beach, just 18 metres away and reserved for guests. Equipped with top-quality elegant sunshades and loungers, it overlooks a spectacular turquoise sea whose water is warmer than in other parts of Sardinia, a feature that guests particularly appreciate. The area to either side of the private beach is usually empty, and perfect for quiet walks.
Between the beach and the hotel there is a large pool, lined with local white stone. It is a beautiful infinity pool and stretches towards the beach offering the optical illusion of merging with the sea. Also a well-equipped poolside bar with a sea view, comfortable armchairs and palm-shaded tables will serve drinks and cold snacks to guests by the pool and on the beach.

The hotel has a restaurant located on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace which opens out onto the terrace, with a panoramic view of the garden, pool and sea. It serves the finest Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on local dishes and ingredients, bursting with the flavours of the fields and sea. The restaurant makes its own dessert and fresh pasta. Since 2017 the hotel has a second restaurant in the beautiful setting of an infinity pool, with panoramic sea view, surrounded by greenery: Bella Vista Restaurant.

From the Elmas Airport of Cagliari follow Cagliari direction and take the ss130; then take the ss554 and go straight until a roundabout where you can take the new ss125, direction Castiadas - Villasimius. Continuing in the direction of Costa Rei, exit for Castiadas - Olia Speciosa- Costa Rei.
Follow the directions to Olia Speciosa, Costa Rei, Santa Giusta and arrive at Castiadas, Località Su Cannisoni, where you find La Villa del Re
Driving directions from Cagliari harbour:
Take Calata Via Roma towards E25. Drive along Viale Cristoforo Colombo, Via Emanuele Pessagno and Asse Mediano Scroll. Take the exit toward Quartu SE from Asse Mediano Scroll. Take Via Giuseppe Mercalli, Via delle Serre and Via Nazionale towards SS554 in Quartucciu.
Follow SS125 , SS554 and SS125var up to Castiadas, take the old ss125 for Villasimius until you find the connection for Castiadas. Take the exit toward Villasimus/Castiadas from SS125var.
Following the signals for San Pietro- Costa Rei, you find La Villa del Re.
