Welcome to La Buzaca Manor
House. The hotel is in Moraña, in the heart of Galicia. The manor house has always
been lived in, and thus family life has also influenced the structure of
the property. The last alteration, to convert the house into a hotel,
has completely respected the original building. The structure of the
building is as follows: Main House, The Hunt and The Gallery.
The property is surrounded by an old stone wall, and comprises 40,000
square metres of garden and groves, with two impressive hórreos, a keep,
a dovecot and a chapel. As the saying goes, "pigeon loft, chapel and
cypress tree make a manor house".
Within this extensive area there are ideal spots for relaxed
conversation, reading or walking. There are centuries-old trees and
impressive varieties such as the chestnut tree in the plot in front of
the dovecot.
La Buzaca offers thirteen
rooms acclimated in a diversity of stories; a dining room with large
windows, meeting room, a dining room with great capacity for any type of
events; it must be emphasize the careful treatment and the cosy
surroundings.
All rooms have full en suite
bathrooms, music, telephone and TV.
By following the row of
balconies, you come to the main drawing room. You take the wooden
staircase leading to the gallery in the old stables, and pass by O
Herbeiro (the Herb Room) on the way. |
