La Posada del Torcal is a

fantastic rock formations of El Torcal Natural Park.
La Posada del Torcal has ten beautiful rooms, comprising 1 junior double,
2 standard doubles, 4 superior doubles, 2 junior suites and 1 suite. All rooms have
en-suite bathroom and superb views. Each room is unique in its design
but each pay tribute to some of Spain's great artists. Magnificent brass,
gothic and four-poster beds, exquisite antique furniture and handmade
ceramics by Andalucian master craftsmen give each room a special
personality. All rooms have under floor heating and fireplaces.
La Posada del Torcal does not have twin rooms - all its rooms have double beds, but in
the case of the Superior Rooms which have enormous King size beds, they
are able to unzip the matresses and make both up individually.
Whether the elegant, intimate dining room with its fireplace, stylish
furnishings and 300-year-old beams, or al fresco on the terrace with its
breathtaking views, the restaurant is the perfect place for a long

La Posada's traditional salon, with its roaring log fire in winter
months, provides guests with a very comfortable and relaxing place to

Less than one hour from Málaga airport, La Posada del Torcal is in the

hidden treasures of this fascinating region. The town of Antequera, 15
kilometres away, with its timeless monuments, ornate churches, museum
with English-speaking guide and Roman burial grounds ("dolmenes"), the
lakes and gorges of El Chorro, the magnificent flamingo breading ground
