The village of
Bienvenida, situated between Zafra and Llerena, continues to hold
the rural charm of sourthern Spain. Located at the foothills of the
Sierra Morena, it is surrounded by wheat fields and olive groves.
Its church still have an arabic-style, so you have to visit
the main square of the town. Abundant traces of remote prehistoric
times have survived in this place, amongst which the schematic
paintings of the neolithic in the area of the Sierra Morena are of
great interest the village of Bienvenida (in the Valley of Alcudia). |
