Cancellation policy
Cancellation
policy depends on length of stay and number of rooms booked. Children are
substancially,
not
welcome although we have suites and apartments which can sleep 3 or 4
persons
and the whole
hotel is not smoking.
In case of departure earlier than agreed we shall charge 50% of the
remaining stay. |

Conditions:
While
booking we ask for the names and number of people who will occupy
the flat that must not be more than two per each flat.
The
guests are kindly asked to respect the peace of the neighbourhood
avoiding loud music and television, noise, shouting etc..
Animals are not
permitted.
Use
of kitchen requires an extra € 31.
Acceptable arrival time: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m |
