The resort has a conference/ business center called “Les Salons de La Chartreuse”, perfect place for your seminars, study days, banquets, private events. Family cooking from The Distillerie invite you to discover the most famous meals of the French gastronomy. All dishes are prepared with fresh products, fruits and vegetables from our garden, according to each season. “Pot-au-feu”, “Veal kidney in the Beaugé way”, “Dover sole meunière”, “home made duke live terrine” or “Snails from Radinghem with garlic and parsel butter” everything I there.
