ABOUT THE ROOMS

 

The Côte Saint Jacques has a total of 32 peaceful rooms of 4 NN stars category.
They are all equipped with bathroom, toilets, mini-bar, telephone, television with Canal+ and international channels.
- 22 air-conditioned rooms and suites in the Residence, most with terraces or balconies overlooking the Yonne River.
- 10 rooms in the Mother House, comfortable and quiet, with no view over the river and no air-conditioning.

 
 

 COOKING CLASSES

(Rates upon the request)

The cooking classes are three-day sessions. Some will be held at the weekend, others during the week. During the session, Jean Michel Lorain will show you how to make not only stock and basic sauces but also very fine menus with the best seasonal produce. Upon your return home, you will easily be able to repeat these wonderful dishes thanks to the detailed recipes which will be given to you in each class. The rate for the classes varies depending on the category of room reserved (with or without a view of the river) and the dates of your stay (mid-week or weekend). However, all rates include the same services: Three days of cooking classes, two nights accommodation and breakfasts, two dinners including wine (1st and 2nd day), a wine tasting, closing lunch on the third day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits will be refunded under the following conditions: 
- Full refund for cancellations received 30 days before the scheduled arrival;
- 70 percent refund for cancellations received 15 days before the scheduled arrival;
- No refund for cancellations received within 8 days of the scheduled arrival.
 

However, they will provide full refunds if the room or rooms are reserved by other guests before your cancelled arrival date. In order to obtain a refund, it is essential to advise us of the cancellation. The front desk will then provide you with a cancellation number for your records. It is also advisable to confirm this number by fax or e-mail. If a room cancelled on the same day as its reservation is not cancelled before 2:00 PM, it will be charged against your credit card, unless they are able to rent it to another guest.
