There is no penalty for
cancellations 40 days prior to arrival day (excluded).
For cancellations from 39° days to 20° days prior to arrival day (excluded):
50% of the entire stay will be charged.
From 19° days prior to arrival day (excluded) , or in case of early
departure, or in case of no show, the guest will be required to pay
the full stay.
Example: expected arrival date 01/05: There is no penalty for
cancellations prior to the 22/03
For cancellations made between 23/03 and 11/04, 50% of the
entire stay will be charged.
For cancellations made between 10/04 and 01/05, or in case of
early departure, or in case of no show, the guest will be required
to pay the full stay.
N.B.
To be considered valid, cancellations must be sent via fax or email
with written confirmation from the hotel that they have received the
cancellation.
The date and local time the email or fax is received by the hotel
will be considered the date of receipt of a cancellation and not the
date and local time the cancellation was sent. Any postponement of
the booking will be considered a cancellation and our cancellation
policy will apply. |

For babies between the
ages of 0 and 2 there is no charge if they sleep in a cot or with
their parents.
For children between the ages of 3 and 12 there is an extra charge
of Euro 50 iduring low and medium season and of Eur 80,00 for the
addition of an extra bed or cot bed.
N.B.
The availability of a cot, a cot bed, or an extra bed is not always
guaranteed, therefore it needs to be requested by the guest with
written confirmation from the hotel that it can be provided. |
