El Olivo restaurant occupies what was once an olive press. The ancient pressing stones still remain. The restaurant is renowned as one of the best and most romantic in Spain. Chef, Guillermo Mendez, and his team will surprise you with some wonderful gourmet dishes using local fresh produce.
