What
started out as a centrally located Brasserie in 1990, has recently been
added La Stampa Hotel. Offering
superb four star accommodation in a boutique Georgian style townhouse, is
in the heart of Dublin, opposite Dublin's Mansion House, and just as short stroll from Grafton
Street, The National Gallery, the Natural History Museum, and
many other visitor attractions. Hosted in a
mundane 4-storey terraced
brick building,
this luxurious place, has a combination of beautifully designed interiors,
sophisticated and relaxing.
Crisp Egyptian bed linen and luxurious velvet bedspreads in rich colours echoing the ambience of the
restaurant, enhance the 22 large individually decorated, en-suite guestrooms, fitted out to the highest international standards,
and furnished with an eastern touch which add to the luxury and
enjoyment of your stay. Reminiscent of a grand French belle époque
brasserie, its restaurant is one of Ireland's
best known, loved and
finest dining rooms. High-ceiling,
with large mirrors, wooden floor, candelabra and Victorian lamps
remind of past centuries grand times. Samsara
Café Bar, now one of Dublin's largest and top nightspots,
with Morocco furnishings, hand painted décor
and mystical palms,
and 'Tiger Becs'
an exotic Thai restaurant,
complement the Stampa group. All this, and so much more, combines to
make La Stampa a venue in which to enjoy a very memorable stay
indeed. Exquisite surroundings, friendly and professional staff
and a renowned reputation for top class food makes any
visit to La Stampa an experience to remember.
