Golf Course
Laid
out in the ancient vineyards of the Domaine d’Auriac, the
golf course is open all year round.
With its exceptional view and its natural contours, it fully
deserves its international reputation. The excellent quality

and the few but well-employed water obstacles give diversity
and originality to each hole.
«Le Bistrot d’Auriac» will offer you a particularly warm
welcome after your round of golf.

Restaurant
Domaine d'Auriac
The dining room with cloth in rare and precious fabric
continues on terraces into the gardens, facing the golf
course.
In winter, the flames of the great fireplace accompany the
dinners of the guests.
On fine days, meals are served in the gardens.
After dinner, guests can appreciate the quiet atmosphere of
our salons, just right for discovering our superb collection
of after-dinner spirits, or enjoying a game of French
billiards in the ancient cellars of the Carolingian Abbey. |

ABOUT CARCASSONNE |
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
In
the heart of Cathar Country, very close to the
Mediterranean, the Pyrenees and the Black Mountain, there is
a town with a strong historical background: Carcassonne.
Established more than 2000 years ago, it constitutes one of
the architectural marvels of France, and one of the most
fabulous sites that has lasted from the Middle Ages.
The City of Carcassonne, classified by Unesco as a World
Heritage Site, is inseparable from numerous abbeys (Saint-Hilaire,
Lagrasse, Fontfroide, Saint-Polycarpe…) and Cathar Châteaux
(Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, the four Châteaux of Lastours…)
with cliffs and peaks rising from their ruins, and why not
also mention Rennes le Château and its famous, mysterious
treasure which the Abbé Saunière kept secret for all his
life. |
