Cancellation policy

During Low Season, in the event of cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the anticipated date arrival, no cancellation fee is charged. Cancellations made within this 72 hour period will be subject to the billing of one night's stay per room reserved.

During high season, in the event of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival , no cancellation fee is charged. Cancellations made within 15 days and 72 hours of the anticipated date of arrival will be subject to the billing of 50 % of the stay per room reserved.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the anticipated date of arrival will be subject to the billing of 100% of the stay per room reserved.
