Between Alsatian vineyards and the Ballons des Vosges, the Chambard is above all a story about the Nasti Family. Since 2000 Olivier and Emmanuel, two brothers united by their taste for hospitality and sharing, have been perpetuating the rich hotel history of a property dating back to the 18th century in the village of Kaysersberg. Olivier runs the kitchen of the “La Table d'Olivier Nasti”, whilst Emmanuel has put together a top wine list for this ambitious restaurant, where copper and silk create a baroque atmosphere. Pure and contemporary lines mark the rooms and the spa of the hotel. Their wives, Patricia and Corinne, have given this property its soul and offer guests a very warm welcome.

Upon entry to Chambard, the animation of the kitchens of the restaurant is revealed through large windows. The tone is given, the transparency, the truth, the nature, the Alsace, the authenticity of the taste, values that are found in the warm and refined atmosphere of the 2-star Gastronomic Restaurant: "Olivier Nasti's Table" .
In this place completely revisited and unveiled in April 2018, nature seems to have regained its rights. A hundred-year-old Alsatian beam overhangs the room, here and there the wood of the surrounding forests follows the walls, and each piece of furniture has been fashioned by hand, by an admirable craftsman.
A veritable ode to nature, the magical decor and culinary writing of the Chef and his second, Nicolas Carro, combine with precision and precision like the biotope so dear to Olivier Nasti. Through a new menu "expression", Olivier Nasti signs an even more personal map. Working on the products in their entirety, pushing his reflection on the textures and modes of cooking, and paying particular attention to sauces and decoctions, Olivier Nasti invites to the discovery of the right balance, the one that takes us on a journey in a contemporary Alsace and tasty.
Drawing on the rich palette of local lands around his inspirations and his desires, Olivier Nasti collaborates with the best local producers to make each creation a direct emanation of the soul of this Alsatian land. An author cuisine, sensitive and intrepid, guided by the treasures of Alsace without ever being locked up.
