Locanda dello Spuntino is a four stars residence, located in the heart of the historic centre of Grottaferrata, very near the age-old St. Nilo's Abbey. What was originally grandfather Aclide's cellar was converted in the 1960's by the Fortini family into a restaurant know as the Taverna dello Spuntino. Their hospitality led them to open later on the hotel, inspired in the tradition of service and friendly personality of the family members.
