Summer or winter, we are the only hotel and restaurant who are filling our dishes with the savage botanic from our garden, milk from our own cows, eggs from our own chickens, vegetables handpicked from our own garden, making our own charcuteries, breeding our fishes, and baking our bread in an ancestral oven.

The miracle is from the natural spring from my forefathers coming down from the mountains.

Our farm and organic productions let us live an autarcik life, around 80% self-sufficient. We must be the example of a new pleasure at the table where healthy life is the future.

The real luxury is simplicity

Developping the real luxe, it’s to identify his region and his identity to protect the tradition through modernity.

We have create on my family ground, around the fields of my forefather, a real village in the heart of nature, facing the Mont-Blanc.

You will find old houses, attic transformed in suites with all the comfort of the XXIst century, surrounded by a chapel, an old bread oven, the food conservatory (Marc VEYRAT fondation), and a cavern where you will find a wellness space (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jaccuzzi, massage room).

A service as we received friends, a place out of time, protected architecture, where all the details like cheminey and terrace let you have meditation in summer or winter.

On the Domaine :

3 cocoon rooms and 2 suites. One of the room can communicate with a suite.

Two kilometers from the domaine in direction of Manigod:

Berce chalet from 4 to 6 persons, equiped kitchen, 2 separated rooms and 2 bathrooms and a sofa

Epilobe chalet, for 2 adults and 2 kids, 1 room with a mezzanine, equiped kitchen.

Epiaire, for 2 persons, 1 room, 1 bathroom can communicate with Epilobe.

Facing Aravis chain, we had individuals Chalets, very confortable for 2 to 6 persons, where a Chief can come and cook during your stay some plates in front of you. A shuttle service is at your disposal when you need it.

  • Picking of savage moutain plants with Christopher, our manager of botanical gardens.
  • A cooking class with the Chief Marc Veyrat, who will delivered some of his crazy secrets.
  • Lunch with the great starry feast menu done with the favorite dishes of the Chief, natural, local, organic and seasonnal products only.

Swimming pool, hammam, sauna, jaccuzzi, are on free access from 8.30am to 7.30pm.

Summer, the essential is the environnement and we invite you to participate to our morning savage picking and a cooking lesson to finish with a gastronomic meal.

At 30 minutes, you will discvover the amazing Annecy lake and all his nautic activities.

At 40 minutes, Geneva offered you a cultural panel of activities, Chamonixthe higher town of mountain and Megève the enchanting village.

Winter, at the bottom of the hamlet, the familial station of « La Croix-Fry / Manigod » is wainting you. 

There are plenty snowshoes outing and nordic ski possible. You will discover the « plateau de Beauregard » and his environment, Colomban and Follières area...

On asking a diplomate ski  monitor can be purposed to you.

The conservatory

It’s also Marc Veyrat fondation.

Spirituality is the respect of food.

My dad transmit to me the art to conserve in our cellar, where the source is flowing, our own harvest and all our farming products.

Because at this height, the seasons are short and the winter rude. We had to «bundle up » the products and take car of them. Pesticides, insecticides, phytosanitary haven’t got there place.

Cellar of cheese is near by vegetables and fruits, well ranged on wood stages. Like this they are not touching each over and can be well preserved.

In an other room there is the smocked place of my grandad that I had update to dry ham..

The "coffre" conserve our bread.

The natural water from the source flow abundantly in the gardens and in the aquarium.

« Mémé Caravi » jars are made by our staff and wait their turn to be savoured.

What a happiness to live a great aventure like this one, where the food conservatory is totally in adequation with the fondation of Marc Veyrat to transmit to our kids a healthy and organic message to live better.

Before everything, she is savage, mineral and pastoral by picking, sublimed with the gardens and the farm animals, and technically modern with an extreme creativity.

To cook better, you have to love the others, love making pleasure and transmit to our kids the wellness of eating natural by respecting our world.

Bruno Melatti, Kitchen Chief and the team are in a perfect osmosis with Marc Veyrat philosophy.
