The gastronomic restaurant “le Meurice”
with a view on the Tuileries Garden proposes each day a rich, subtle and
various menu. Precise and without any extravagance, faithful to true
flavours and an extreme well groomed presentation, the three-star
cuisine of Chef Yannick Alléno is not only modern, but also audacious.
Not only your palate will be satisfied… also your eyes will be
astonished by the wonderful decoration of the gastronomic restaurant’s
room, inspired by the Salon de la Paix at the Chateau de Versailles.
The restaurant Le Dali proposes a new
culinary concept, between pleasure and greed, signed Yannick Alléno who
undresses French cuisine designed around a menu that is WITHOUT and 100%
(indulgence or abstinence). You could settle down comfortably under the
keystone of the Starck project managed by Philippe Starck, which is a
giant canvas measuring 145sqm / 1560sqf, painted by Ara Starck. And in
this restaurant the spirit of Dali still reigns supreme.
The Bar 228 has become "the rendez vous" of Parisians. It seduces thanks
to its cosy atmosphere such as in Britain clubs, as it would like to
wink at the customers who came first to Le Meurice. Its warm and felted
decoration remains faithful to its origins, with its stools and chairs
in wood. The Bar 228 offers guests an ideal respite, complete decadent
cocktails and lavish décor. |
