The Milano Real is situated in the Sierra de Gredos, a mountain range less than an hour from Avila, very popular among local tourists. This property is the result of the combined effort of a couple who decided to retire in this part of Central Spain, after many years of hustling in Madrid’s busy business world. She is American and he is Spanish. They put together quite a place. Location for one is spectacular, with breathtaking views everywhere you look.
Every room is fitted with comfort in mind. Bedrooms are distributed among three stories. The Milano Real has an elevator, very silent one by the way, it is hydraulic.
Very, very, important to mention in this small quaint mountain hotel is the restaurant, one could easily rate it among the better ones in Spain, with a service typically found in expensive places in France and excellent food prepared by the owner who happens to be the chef. He wasn’t before he got into this, but from an Amateur, he certainly turned into a good professional one. By all means, Milano Real is highly recommendable.
