Supplements:

• Complimentary glass of champagne on arrival for all guests.

• Extra person rate per day: 50% supplementary charge based on a per person rate for the third person.
  For a twin bedded room for single occupancy, there is a 25% reduction on the room rate.

• Champagne and special arrangements for wedding anniversaries and birthdays.
  Transfers to and from the hotel by limousine or helicopter can be arranged if required. The hotel is able to offer specially negotiated car hire and helicopter contract rates.

• Entertainment on selected evenings: Classical guitar, String Quarter, Fado and Portuguese, Dinner dance, Jazz and Latin American.

The hotel does not accept children less than 16 years except between 16th July and 15th August.

• Luxury Breakfast included in room rate.

• Dinner Meal Plan per Person: Menu Gourmand \ Menu Dégustation. Price €48.60 (normal price of € 54.00 including € 3.00 cover charge) if you dine each evening during your stay. Prepaid on the first day: 10% discount for cash or personal UK cheque € 48.60 or 7% discount for credit card: € 50.22. For guests staying on half board for 14 days or more will receive a bottle of Henriot Champagne (worth € 75.00) or an exclusive Monte do Casal presentation pack that includes Taylor’s LBV and a Taylor’s 10year old Port (worth € 55.00).

• Christmas and New Year: 5 course Christmas lunch, glass of champagne, wine during lunch and entertainment (Classical guitar during lunch) € 95.00 per person. 7 course New Year Gala Dinner, glass of champagne and wine during dinner. € 148.00 per person. Prices subject to alteration.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing and as cancellations incur administration costs we will retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges, calculated on the day we receive your letter as shown below:
If received between 16 and 42 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Thereafter, the following charges are made, based on the total cost of the accommodation only: 15 days - 8 days: 35%; 7 days or less: 100% Insurance is recommended. Balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.
