The restaurant and the bar
are located in the manor house.
The restaurant, with a capacity of 50 seats, features
traditional Navarrian cuisine, up-dated on a daily basis,
and based on best quality regional farm production.
Two vegetable gardens on the estate will also provide
delicious ingredients - vegetables, herbs, seasoning plants,
fruit. |

One
of the dining rooms, in the former kitchen of the manor
house, can welcome guests at a "table d'hôtes" with a
beautiful fireplace and traditional cooking equipment
decoration.
Traditional red hexagonal tiles, huge master fireplace, off-white
colors, leather or fabric covered seats, table covered with
table clothes. Many elements gathered to create a warm,
comfortable and refined atmosphere.
