"We have only been 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are beatiful and the persons at the receiption are very helpful and nice. We have not eaten in the hotel, so we cannot give any comment. What we apreciated very much was, that the drinks in the frige of the room were free of charge.
We can recommend the hotel to other people."

"My stay at the AC Palacio de Santa Paula in Granada was among the best, most memorable hotel stays I've had anywhere in Europe. I thought the hotel was spectacularly beautiful and well−run, the room was remarkably lovely, the amenities were great, and the restaurant was superb. The only aspect of the hotel that wasn't quite up to this very high standard was the fitness center − particularly the workout room, which didn't have very much in the way of equipment. Otherwise, a truly wonderful hotel experience. I would recommend you to anyone visiting Granada, and I would try to seek out an AC hotel wherever they are available".

"My wife, daughter and I spent four days at the Santa Paula in April. We have nothing but praise for the hotel and would particular commend the service in the restaurant. The waiters were always efficient and in the main extremely pleasant as were the reception staff. The only slight reservation we have is that our room tended to be on the dark side."

"Our stay was OUTSTANDING. The rooms were spotless. The food was excellent. We had a terrific tray of fruit delivered the day of our arrival. The Turkish bath was a terrific experience.
The hotel was just the right size to have all the amenities, mix of historic architecture/furnishings and modern conveniences. We loved it and will now look at more Moser hotels.
The only "miss" was the fact that there was road construction going on out front of the hotel...dusty and messy in the doorways. But not much Moser can do about that and the staff were constantly mopping and cleaning it up."

"Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Paula was most enjoyable. We had an excellent room in the old part of the hotel with excellent views of the Courtyard. The staff was most courteous and very helpful, for example with booking the Alhambra for us. We really enjoyed this hotel and I can highly recommend this to other travelers."
