AC Palacio Universal is a beautiful, imposing and luxurious four stars hotel, located close to the navy club in the shopping district and only 100 meters away from historical city area.  Built in the alter part of the nineteenth century, and located in the heart of the city, was the meeting point of the bourgeois and intellectual and political elite at that time.
