Palazzo
Guiscardo, which takes its name from
Guiscardo Pietrasanta, the founder of
Pietrasanta an antique medieval settlement,
is an elegant hotel, set in an original Liberty style building that
dates back to the 19th century. Located by the town hall square, in
the centre of this lovely village, it was carefully renovated to
maintain its original style and charm, and to preserve and highlight
the elements of the period. An intimate atmosphere, that of a private home
prevails throughout, giving guests the sense of home away from home,
although attended with the service of a grand hotel. Its 8 bedrooms and
suites are uniquely decorated with printed lovely fabrics and
canopy beds, every single
detail perfectly taken care of to wrap up the guest in a
romantic atmosphere, enriched by antique furniture,
thus ensuring a warm and
comfortable ambience. An important asset to mention are
the bathrooms, carried out with
prestigious local marbles, following the tradition of
Pietrasanta, town of artists, sculptors and workshops. Every
type of marbles giving the name to every room. |
