Mamma Agata's cooking classes take place in her private home,
situated on a cliff top, 1000 feet (350 meters) above sea level. She
produces nearly all the food she cooks. Mamma Agata has been the
chef for many Hollywood actors: Humphrey Bogart, Anita Eckberg,
Richard Barton, Liz Taylor, Fred Astaire, Federico Fellini, Marcello
Mastroianni as well as Jaqueline Kennedy and international
journalists, writers and politicians. She will show you how to
create wonderful pasta dishes including her own special recipes. You
will learn the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, using
ingredients like veal, fish, chicken and seasonal vegetables. Dishes
demonstrated include pizzas, cakes, traditional marmalades and
preserves. At the end of the course you will be able to cook
wonderful Italian meals |
