La Parada del Compte is the
result of a rather unique accomplishment. A former Spanish railway
employee acquired an old train station and transformed it into a hotel.
Maybe this was because he was brought up in a train station.
He managed to transform the old abandoned train station structure into a
very pleasant hotel.
La Parada del Compte is only nine bedrooms, all with independent outside
entrance and everyone is very large and comfortable, each one has a
sitting area similar to that of a junior suite. Decoration is mainly in
earth tones, but each room is different; decor as well as the names of
rooms, both try to evoque famous train stations in Spain.
There are two buildings in La Parada del Compte, the former main station
one where the bedrooms are and a second building, formerly the
warehouse, adjacent to which, they have built an annex imitating a train
car.
Warm welcome at Parada del Compte is a very important aspect of this
property, owners are very friendly and willing to do everything possible
