Plaza Athenee's Fitness Centre is certainly one of the most elegant in Paris with its listed Cuban mahogany panelling and state-of-the-art equipment.
The latest Cybex weights and exercise machines, including StairMaster, a treadmill and bike, are combined with attractive jogging routes along the River Seine. For a more relaxing approach, the hotel offers sauna and steam rooms, plus massage either at the Fitness Centre or in the guest room. The Fitness Centre also provides a personal trainer, Mr Lassaad, who will personally assist you with any special fitness requests.
