The cooking courses are held all year and are organised by Paola Savarese, master of the house, with  an extremely personalised service. Guests will have the feeling of a pleasant and relaxing day spent with friends,  learning all the little secrets of a tasty and refined tradition. Being the courses made of few people, there will be time to follow and  gather those little details that make a dish unique.
