Hotel Principe di Villafranca, since its re-opening in 2010, dedicates a special attention and resources to the diffusion and promotion of contemporary art, making this close link one of its unique characteristics.
After the initial decision of making the works of Simona Cavaglieri the key feature of each room, the merger between art and hospitaity has become a project in 2013, with the series of site-specific installations and exhibitions called Junior 105 – the Art Room, followed by the artistic action by Desideria Burgio "Tell me how you feel (about Palermo)", which from the National Pride week all throughout the summer has questioned hotel guests on their feelings towards the city.

Entry ticket for Lido La Sirenetta (Mon-Sun)
This opion includes entry for one, two or three people at Lido La Sirenetta, on the Mondello-Valdesi beach. The ticket includes a sunbed per person, sun umbrella, use of changing rooms, bathrooms and showers. The entry fee for two people until Aug 31 is € 22,00, € 20,00 from Sept 1st. It is strongly advised to reserve your place.
Entry ticket at Circolo TeLiMar (Mon-Sat)
This option includes the entry ticket at the prestigious sea club TeLiMar, situated on the Addaura coast, as an exclusive opportunity reserved to the guests of the most distinguished hotels of the city. The entry fee is € 50,00 (special fees apply for children) and includes access to all club facilities, including lawns and platforms with seabeds and umbrellas, access to see and free use of the club kajaks, sailboats, windurfs, the use of the children pool (2 to 6) and open-air play area, private parking. Reservation is compulsory. Service is not available on Sundays.
The Hammam in via Torrearsa, just 600 metres from your room, is a traditional Turkish bath, created following the footsteps of Islamic tradition.

From Palermo Airport (30 km): Take the A29 to Palermo/Mazara Del Vallo/Alcamo/Trapani, then take the E90 to the exit Centro/Porto, then to the Viale della Regione Siciliana Nord Ovest, in the roundabout take the Via Leonardo Da Vinci exit. Turn right to the Via Adolfo Holm and continue by Via Enrico Fermi. Turn right to the Via Serradifalco till you find Via Giuseppina Turrisi Colonna.
