The Hotel Quinta do Lago is
part of an enormous development comprising in total approximately 2,000
acres of pine woods. Beautiful landscapes and homes all over the place.
If a five star resort type property need be defined, this is one of the
best examples; located on the beach front although not right by the
beach, about 1 kilometer away, amidst beautiful golf courses, as a
matter of fact three of them... The service in particular, at Quinta do
Lago, is absolutely 5 stars plus and the rooms leave nothing to be
desired, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and each one with a
private terrace almost as big as the room. At Quinta do Lago is
practically impossible to be bored at any time, even if you are not a
golfer. The pool is spectacular, beach is walking distance and a nice
one too. The SPA is always at your disposal for a massage or sauna.
And entertainment wise, three times a week something special is going on,
one night is dinner dance, another a local show, etc. Last but not least,
are the restaurants, two of them: Brisa do Mar which is by the pool area,
and the elegant Italian Ca D’Oro with a guitar player every night. Both
serving some of the best food to be tasted: International, local and
Venetian (Italian). |
