Cancellation and No-Show
A maximum of 3 nights cancellation fee will be charged if the
reservation - guaranteed by credit card, prepayment or in writing - is
cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival or if there is a no-show. If
less than 3 nights, the number of nights reserved will be charged.
Full stay (BB) will be charged if the reservation is cancelled less than 13
days prior to arrival. For the Christmas/New Year period, a 3
night non-refundable deposit will be charged if reservation is cancelled
after November 1st, respectively.
Early departures
A maximum of 3 nights (BB) will be charged for early departures, from
date of departure, if the reservation had been guaranteed by credit card,
prepayment or in writing. In festive seasons, the full stay (BB) will be
charged. If less of 3 nights, the early departure fee will be equivalent to
the number of days leaving earlier.
