Basilica del Pilar

The Basilica del Pilar is one of the most important sanctuaries of the catholic world. Thousands arrive annually from peregrinate. It is also an artistic center of first order that reune works of great value and different times. To borders of the Ebro river the imposing Basilica del Pilar rises, jewel of the baroque art in Aragón. This temple has built in 1515, in gothic style, and that as well, happened to the Romanesque one destroyed by a fire in 1443.
