Relais Palazzo di Luglio is located in Tuscany and is 3 Kms. from downtown Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della Francesca). The Relais is on the top of a hill and overlooking the Tiberina Valley.
Relais Palazzo di Luglio is made up of a main building of and three annexes, (Seccatoio, Fienile, Frantoio) all restored keeping the original features using the exposed stones, roof beams and brickwork. The relais is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves and an age long park. It is an ideal place for everyone looking for a quiet place who wants to enjoy the landscape, art, history and gastronomy offered by the Tiberina Valley. As soon as you arrive, you will certainly notice the perfect harmony of the buildings with the nature that surrounds them. In the main building are located: the reception, halls to relax, wine cellar, wine bar and on the first floor, four suites.
The restaurant is a typical Tuscan place where to taste and enjoy the Tiberina Valley specialities: white truffles, home made pasta with porcini and ovoli mushrooms, Florentine steak, pork and many kind of home made cakes and cookies with Tuscan "Vin Santo". The extra virgin olive oil used to dress the food is made by the oil mill located in the Relais Palazzo di Luglio.
There is also a well supplied wine shop with the possibility to taste very good wines and Tuscan canapés, salami and cold pork meats, many kinds of local cheese, and other appetizing greediness.
