SUPPLEMENTS

Rates on half-board for duplex or manor houses are based on two people
Additional person (adult) on half-board: € 62
Additional person (-12 years old) on half board: € 23
Half-board on single room: rate half-board + 40 % of the room price
Half-board is available based on a minimum stay of 3 nights
Full board: based on half-board +  € 37
Breakfast (room or buffet): € 17  (Junior – 12 years old: € 10)

Pets: € 14
Taxes: € 0,65  (adults) and € 0,33  (children from 4 to 10 years old.

Check-in: Bookings are kept 18 hours. Please notify in case of late arrival.
Check-out: Before noon.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are not considered final without a deposit which will be deductible at the end of the stay. This deposit will be of 30% of the total amount for stays longer or equal to 3 nights; and 50% of the total amount for stays shorter than 3 nights.
Less than 21 days prior arrival, deposit will be kept. Less than 48 hours prior arrival, the deposit will be kept and one night will be charged.
For shortened stay, If the stay is interrupted without 72 hours notice, one night will be charged.
Arrival: We do our best to have your room ready as fast as possible. Nonetheless, check-in is not possible before 2:30 pm.
Half board: The half-board consists of dinner or lunch, the night and breakfast.
