The reservation is confirmed when we have receipt a credit card number of the client as guarantee or a payment in advance by bank transfer.
The payment of the invoice total has to be made at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, written notification is required.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours without charge.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours, it will be charged the first night of the number of rooms of the reservation. Policy of no-show at the establishment are billed 100% of the reservation and will be considered canceled the remaining nights of the reserve.
