General conditions of sale:
Reservation:
Any reservation will be definitively recorded after receipt of a deposit or a credit card number. The last minute reservations will be guaranteed till 6 pm. After that, a phone call of reconfirmation is advised. Giving a credit card number engage the customer towards the hotel and implies its acceptance of the generals conditions of sale.
Arrival and departure time:
The rooms is available from 4 pm.
Please note that the reception opens from 9am till 11pm.
The departure day, we will ask you to release your room before 11 am.
Swimming pool:
The indoor pool is opened to adults only (+18 years old).
The outdoor pool is free access to everybody.
Pets:
They are accepted, have to hold in lead in the park. The swimming pool and the restaurant access are prohibited.
Prices:
They are given subject to the legal increases being able to occur. They are firm for all definitive reservation.
Cancellation policy:
The deadline for notifying cancellation without incurring expenses is at least 14 days before the arrival date scheduled. The cancellation made after this time give place with a compensation:
- From 13 till 10 days: payment of the first night
- From 9 till 6 days: payment of 60% of nights
- From 5 days till arrival date: payment of 100% of nights + 50% of the exchange value of half board if it takes place.
