CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Written confirmation and valid credit card details - or prepayment (prepayment and deposit are not refundable, not transferable, not exchangeable)- are required at the time of booking to secure reservation. A booking is confirm when you have a booking number. Guests will only pay upon checking out. If guests fail to arrive, do not use up all the service provided or reduce their stay, the credit card will be debited the rate of the entire stay. To avoid these charges, we demand a cancellation no later than 5 days prior to arrival for one to three rooms, no later than one month prior to arrival for four rooms and more. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Kept on a lead they are welcome in the hotel (20 euros/pet/night).
