RESERVATION:
In order to guarantee your reservation, Hotel requires your credit card number, as well as expiration date and CVC code (3 numbers at the back of your card).
To confirm your booking, we will charge your credit card with the total amount of your stay. Additional charges will have to be done at Le Pigonnet reception upon check out.
Your reservation, confirmed by our reservation department and by charging your credit card is considered as completed and final (unless you cancel within the cancellation policy). Communicating your credit card number involves you towards Le Pigonnet and implicates your approval of the conditions of sale.

Your reservation is guaranteed as per rates and conditions indicated for requested dates and period. Rates can be amended by the hotel is the number of person accommodated in the room(s) is not accurate to the reservation. These rates or conditions could not be applied to future reservations

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation must be submitted by email or fax or letter.
-Cancellation done 21 days or more prior arrival date: entire refund of your deposit
-Cancellation done between 21 days and 48 hours prior arrival date: we will refund your deposit minus 1 night
-Cancellation less than 48 hours prior arrival date or no show: entire deposit will be kept
