In order to secure the room, all bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card with a minimum deposit equal to 30 % of stay (50 % for Season and Summer Season) and one night per room reserved, received upon confirmation. If the client does not pay the appropriate deposit at the prescribed time, the hotel Le Maquis reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
- Partial Cancellation: for any stay reduction at the very last moment (stay curtailment or postponed arrival date 7 days or less prior to date of scheduled arrival), the full stay as provided in the reservation confirmation will be due.
- Total Cancellation: any cancellation must be notified to the hotel Le Maquis in writing, by facsimile or by email.
Season and Summer Season (20/05/09 to 26/09/09): full reimbursement of deposit for cancellations received 30 days prior to date of scheduled arrival. 50 % reimbursement of deposit for cancellations received 15 days prior to date of scheduled arrival. No reimbursement of deposit for cancellations received 2 weeks or less prior to date of scheduled arrival.
Discovery Season and Shoulder Season (01/01/09 to 19/05/09, 27/09/09 to 31/12/09): full reimbursement of deposit for cancellations received 15 days prior to date of scheduled arrival. No reimbursement of deposit for cancellations received 2 weeks or less prior to date of scheduled arrival.
- Total cancellation less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or “no-show”: the full stay as provided in the reservation confirmation will be charged and the booking cancelled.

Due to our accommodation capacity, cancellations can affect us significantly. Therefore, we are under duress to adhere to a strict cancellation policy and we suggest that you consider taking travel insurance.
