Each room is unique because they maintain the character of a private residence. The furnishings are characteristically Tuscan with wood furniture and which has been carefully selected. Many rooms have exposed beams and traditional Tuscan flooring with the original terra-cotta bricks, the rest have unique fresco and hard-wood floors. |

For stays up to 3 nights: 72 hrs deadline in high season and 48 hrs deadline in low and middle season.
For 4 night’s stays and more: 6 days deadline.
For both, after the deadline the first night’s amount will be charged.
No Show: First night’ amount will be charged.
Anticipate departure:
For stays up to 3 nights: 1 night’ amount will be charged.
For 4 night’s stays and more: 100% of the rest of the stay will be charged. In case of force majeure, only by presenting a document, we will charge the 50% of the rest amount of the stay.
