Fares halfboard duplexes and houses are calculated based on 2 people.
Extra person (adult) to 1 / 2 pension: 70 €
Additional person (- 12 years) 1 / 2 pension: 25 €
1 / 2 board room: half price + 40% of the room price
Half board is valid on the basis of a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Full board basis 1 / 2 board + € 39

Breakfast (buffet or room): from € 20 (Junior -12 years: 12 €)
Pet: 14 €
Tax: € 0.65 (adult) and € 0.33 (children 4 to 10 years). non-contractual

Reservations are not considered final without a deposit which will be deductible at the end of the stay. This deposit will be of 30% of the total amount for stays longer or equal to 3 nights; and 50% of the total amount for stays shorter than 3 nights.
Less than 21 days prior arrival, deposit will be kept. Less than 48 hours prior arrival, the deposit will be kept and one night will be charged.
For shortened stay, If the stay is interrupted without 72 hours notice, one night will be charged.
Arrival: We do our best to have your room ready as fast as possible. Nonetheless, check-in is not possible before 2:30 pm.
Half board: Our half-board consists of dinner or lunch, the night and breakfast.
