From Rome Airports & Citie. (approx.3 hours – 250 Km)

Follow the green signs to “A1-FIRENZE/BOLOGNA” joining the motorway in the direction “FIRENZE”.
Once on the A1 motorway, proceed north to the exit for “TERNI”. Exit here, paying your toll at the booth.
Follow directions for TERNI onto a dual carriageway- Supestrada – (no tolls). Continue on this road for 22 Km to the exit for “E45/3Bis-PERUGIA”. Take this exit onto another Superstrada and continue on this road following signs to “PERUGIA”. Approaching Perugia, you will pick up signs for “CESENA”. Pass under the flyover and continue for approx. 2 Km until you reach the large shopping centre on the left. Follow the Superstrada round to the left (ignoring signs for “ASSISI”) continuing in the direction of “CESENA”.
After approx. 1 Km take the exit for “ANCONA” and then after 2 Km take exit for “PETRIGNANO D’ASSISI”. Drive for a further 2.5 Km and at the junction turn right for “PETRIGNANO D’ASSISI”.
Enter the village and after approx. 1 Km take the left turn for “PALAZZO” and “ASSISI”. Go over the bridge and continue for approx. 1 Km Drive past a large yellow building on your right hand side and then left up a narrow road with a small signpost to “SANTA MARIA degli ANCILLOTTI”.
Drive up this road and after 0.5 Km follow sign on left to “SANTA MARIA degli ANCILLOTTI”.
The road becomes unsurfaced. After 300mt follow the road to the left, the gate to SANTA MARIA DEGLI ANCILLOTTI is a further 500mt along – on the right. Ring the bell at the gate for entry.
