Cancellation Policy |
|
In the case
of cancellation of the booking, Hotel Savoy Palace shall
charge a penalty to the client calculated as a
percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in
relation to the notification of cancellation given: 100%
of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations
made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 50%
of the total price of the vacation for cancellations
made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100%
of the total price of the vacation for cancellations
made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date,
with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits
shall be used as partial or full payment of the above
indicated penalties |
