ABOUT IMST

 

 

Imst is a city in Tyrol, Austria with approximately 10,000 inhabitants. It is located at 47°13′60″N, 10°43′60″E, 55km west of Innsbruck, and an elevation of about 800m in the west of Tyrol, on the river Inn. Imst is the capital of the district (Bezirk) Imst.

Imst offers a nice sport center with a outdoor swimming-pool, tennis, squash, miniature golf, bowling, children`s amusement park, trampoline, rollerplade fun park with halfpipe, curling ring, indoor climbing gym and a beach volleyball court. Imst also offers beautiful hiking trails. Some of them can be reached by a nice chair lift.
Attraction in Imst: The “Alpine Coaster”. It is with 3,5km the longest toboggan run all over the world.
