The Schlosshotel Lerbach nestles amongst rolling hills in a breathtakingly beautiful park. Its individually styled, elegant rooms and suites create the impression of a stately country home. With its motto «where dreams come true», this grand manor with its romantic flair is home to one of Germany's best restaurants, the aromatic gourmet cuisine of starred chef Dieter Müller. Schlosshotel Lerbach is a classic, turn-of-the-century architectural gem located near Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, approximately 30 minutes from Cologne, a major conference and trade show center.
The hotel, which takes its name from the narrow creek that meanders through its 75 acres of parklike grounds, can date its history back more than 600 years. In 1384 it was recorded as being the castle of the knight Johann von Hoenen. After centuries as a private residence, it was converted in 1992 into a hotel.
