We invite you to Wilkinghege to celebrate those special moments in your life. Our banqueting rooms with high stucco ceilings, crystal chandeliers and silk covered walls are as individual in character as are the occasions which are celebrated in them.

The "Rittersaal" in breathtaking red and gold tones, the "Vitrinen-Reiterzimmer" in warm orange and gold and the "Kaminzimmer" in startling cobalt blue can according to the size of the function be arranged and decorated according to your personal wishes.

Conferences:

Easy to reach, amidst beautiful Westphalian countryside and not far from the town of Münster, Schloss Wilkinghege is the ideal location to hold your successful conference or business meeting.

Wedding:

For that special day in your life the setting should reflect the occasion. Our elegant terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens and a moat is an ideal location for an unforgettable reception. Then go on to celebrate in one of our three exceptional banqueting rooms (depending on the size of the Wedding).

However to really make it a memorable occasion the setting is not the only thing which needs to be perfect. A high level of organisation is another critical ingredient. That is why we take our time to discuss each Wedding with the Wedding couple personally.

On the day itself our professional service and kitchen staff take care to turn your expectations into reality.

Golf:

An 18-hole golf course is located directly behind the castle. It blends harmoniously into the mostly flat and park like surroundings. When the course was planned much pains were taken to reflect the characteristics of the Westphalian landscape such as hedgerows, small lakes and streams.

Cycling:

Münster has one of the best bicycle path networks in Germany. Enjoy a ride over Münster's promenade - once a fortress embankment and now a 4.5 km long avenue going right round the town. Alternatively enjoy cycling from one moated castle to the next on one of the picturesque cycle paths. Our team at the reception will only be too pleased to give you further information regarding various tours.

Tennis:

Within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, you will find 7 outdoor tennis courts belonging to the Tennis club "TC Union". Indoor courts are not at our guests disposal.

Ballooning:

Münster is one of the strongholds for hot air ballooning. It is a wonderful sight to see the sky on mild summer evenings or clear winter days full of bright hot air balloons.

From above look down onto woods and the beautiful Westphalian landscape and enjoy the peace of floating through the air.
