offers a work-out area within the hotel, which is complimentary to
all residents. The fitness room is equipped with a state-of-the-art.:
Running machine,Cross-trainer, Bike, Plus Abdominiser and work-out
mat.
A water machine and towels are provided as standard. A wall-mounted
TV has also been installed. For further refreshments, a drinks
fridge is provided. |

 The Pink Pamper:
Close your eyes, relax your tired muscles, breathe deeply and let
your senses be whisked off to an Irish rose garden in full bloom.
While laying in a bed of scattered rose petals you will receive a
slow, luxurious head and body massage lasting an hour and forty five
minutes using sumptuous rose oil. While you are resting at the end
of the treatment you will be served a rose elixir drink to harmonise
and bring you back to this world. And just when you thought the
treat was over, on your departure you will receive a hand tied posy
of roses especially for you. A luxury for yourself. A gift from
someone special.
Knots Landing:
Unravel and unwind your knotted shoulders with our deep tension
massage to include neck, shoulders and back. A Dr. Hauschka Body oil
is chosen to suit your state of mind, body and spirit to care and
comfort you completely.
The God Bod - for him:
This treatment commences with an aromatherapy foot-soak and foot
massage. It is followed by a Prada Reviving facial with a holistic
deep tissue massage using Dr. Hauschka’s treatment oils. You will be
a new man!
Aromatherapy Body Massage – Custom Blended:
Imagine yourself surrounded by the scents of nature while you
enjoy our full body aromatherapy massage using Neals Yard essential
oils which integrate the benefits of plant extracts through the
healing power of touch. A subtle, slow countdown to normality.
