split across two floors and a separate 1,000sq ft rooftop terrace complete

The Merrion penthouse comprises
of two bedrooms, each with an ensuite Italian Carerra Marble bathroom. An
elegant staircase leads to the beautifully furnished top floor, with an open-plan
living space, state of the art entertainment area with surround-sound audio
and TV and a dining area offering spectacular views over Dublin and the
