The Romanesque legacy is one of the greatest
riches of the Cerdanya. Throughout the length and breath of the region one
can admire the churches, chapels and more than 50 hermitages of this unique
period, so typical of Catalunya. Many of the monuments are still in uses and
well maintained. In the
rivers and streams of the area exists an abundance of trout and salmon.
Fishing is controlled and permitted only in certain sectors and in the
apropiate seasons.
The mountain of Cadi-Moixeró and the Pyrenees range present challenges to
those who which to stretch themselves to the limit. |
