CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellation occurring 20 to 15 days before arrival is charged with 30% of the total amount of the reservation. - Any cancellation occurring from 14 days prior to and until the arrival date is charged with 50% of the total amount (i.e. 100% of the deposit is kept). - In the case of a NON SHOW, the full amount of the reservation is charged.
